In recent years, helping IT professionals, decision makers, and leaders make sense of complex enterprise systems has become a ‘habit’ I enjoy.

With many years of experience in design and realization of enterprise technology, I’ve spent years translating technical complexity into clear terms and insights.

Through my consulting work at IBM and later at my company, seneqa.nl, I’ve helped organizations bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern approaches. Here on EXECPGM, I share the practical experience that’s often missing from textbooks and training courses.

Having worked many years with mainframe technology, my first book, “Don’t Be Afraid of the Mainframe,” tackles one of IT’s misunderstood technologies. It’s the guide I wish I’d had when I first encountered mainframes.
